Tarisha, LPC

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I integrate evidence-based therapy with Christian principles for clients who want their faith to be part of the counseling process. I work with individuals and couples seeking faith-based support for relationship challenges and emotional healing. My approach is compassionate, structured, and focused on practical tools that promote long-term growth and resilience.

If you are searching for Christian therapy, faith-based counseling, or trauma-informed mental health services, Abide Counseling offers a supportive environment where healing and spiritual connection can grow together.

What We HelpWith

Who We Help

At Abide Counseling & Consulting LLC, we support adolescents (ages 14 Plus), adults, and couples who are seeking healing, clarity, and growth. Whether you are navigating a difficult season, experiencing emotional challenges, or simply desiring deeper personal development, counseling can provide a supportive space to process and move forward. We work with individuals and couples who are ready to explore their experiences honestly and develop adaptive ways of thinking, relating, and living. Our goal is to walk alongside you as you strengthen emotional resilience and build a foundation for lasting change.

What We Help With

Our Approach

Our approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

At Abide, we believe mental health is not something to hide or protect in silence. Instead, it is something that can be brought into the light so that healing can take place. Through honest exploration and intentional work, individuals can develop deep roots that support continual growth, resilience, and emotional fortitude.
